主旨：公告115年度7月起女14舍進行寢室暨浴室廁所整修工程及碩博生搬遷規劃案。

Subject: Announcement of the Bedroom and Bathroom Renovation Project for Female 14th Dormitory starting July 2026, and the Relocation Plan for Graduate Students.

一、工程說明

Project Description

  1. 工程項目：女14舍床組與浴廁隔間更新。

    Project Item: Renewal of bed sets and bathroom/toilet partitions in Female 14th Dormitory.

  2. 工程範圍：女14舍1至12樓寢室、1樓交誼廳與藝文空間。

    Project Scope: Bedrooms from 1st to 12th floor, 1st-floor lounge, and art space of Female 14th Dormitory.

  3. 工程期程：預計115年7月6日起至116年8月15日止。

    Project Schedule: Estimated from July 6, 2026, to August 15, 2027.

二、女14舍預訂進行宿舍床組與浴廁隔間設施等更新工程，施工期間為維護住宿生安全，故宿舍需清空以利工程進行。

Note: Female 14th Dormitory is scheduled for facility renewal; to maintain student safety, the dormitory must be vacated during construction.

三、女14舍碩博生需搬遷至男11舍(4人一間雅房房型)，114學年度第2學期、暑期與115學年度收費說明：

Graduate students of Female 14th Dormitory are to relocate to Male 11th Dormitory (4-person room with shared bathrooms on each floor). Fee details are as follows:

115年度暑期

  1. 男11舍全額暑期費用3,064扣除1週費用383元，為2,681元。
  2. B11 dorm full summer fee (NT$3,064) minus 1 week fee NT$383, is NT$2,681.
  3. 住宿期限為115年7月1日~115年8月24日。
  4. Stay period: July 1 to Aug 24, 2026.
  5. 列入114學年度第2學期學雜費單一同繳交。
  6. Included in the tuition and miscellaneous fees list for the second semester of the 2025 academic year, to be paid together.

*若暑假期間不住宿將不列入該筆宿舍費用。This dormitory fee will not be included if you do not stay in the dormitory during the summer vacation.
115學年度第1學期
Fall Semester 2026		 NT$7,660 男11舍學期宿舍費。
Male 11th Dorm semester dormitory fee.
115學年度第2學期
Spring Semester 2027		 NT$10,341 男11舍學期宿舍費7,660元加上暑期2,681元，為10,341元。
Male 11th Dorm semester fee (NT$7,660) plus summer fee (NT$2,681).

  3. 114學年度第2學期不續住者於115.01.31前至宿舍系統進行放棄。
  4. Those who do not wish to renew their dormitory residency for the next semester must submit their withdrawal notice through the dormitory system before January 31, 2026.
115.04.13(一)~ 115.04.24(五)
April 13(Mon.)~ April 24(Fri.), 2026		 人工組房間作業
Group room
  1. 組房間：需組滿3人以上。將預訂同住者填寫組床位申請表，完成後與學生證照片寄信到住宿組公務信箱ncu57290@cc.ncu.edu.tw，依照信件先後順序辦理。
  2. Room grouping: Form groups of at least three. Email application and student ID photos to the Housing Service Division. Applications will be processed in the order of receipt. (若僅組滿3人另一個空床位將隨機分配同學入住If only three residents are grouped, the remaining bed will be assigned to another student at random.)
  3. 未組房間者，由住服組以[1142學期女14舍室友同住，再與他寢合併為4人]之方式安排。
  4. Students didn’t group room: In principle, you will live with roommate who live with you on the 2nd semester 2025 academic year and combine with another room.

115.05.11(一)~ 115.05.20(三)
May 11(Mon.)~ May 20(Wed.) , 2026		 辦理男11舍床位交換
Applying for bed exchange
  1. 填寫床位交換申請表，完成後與學生證照片寄信到住宿服務組信箱ncu57290@cc.ncu.edu.tw，依照信件先後順序辦理。
  2. Fill out the Bed Exchange Application Form and email it along with photos of your student ID to the Dormitory Services Office at ncu57290@cc.ncu.edu.tw. Applications will be processed in the order received.
  3. 換寢原則：整寢互換、個人互換、個人換至空床位、組合達3位同學換至空寢室。
  4. Changing principles：Full bed exchange、Personal exchange、Change to empty bed、Transfer to an empty room (Group up to 3 students) (若僅組滿3人另一個空床位將隨機分配同學入住If a group consists of only 3 members, the remaining vacant bed will be randomly assigned to another student by the Housing Office.)

Announcing the B11 Dormitory beds for the 2026 academic year.
  1. Portal登入->服務櫃台(iNCU)->學務專區->宿舍申請/查詢內->個人歷年申請資料查詢
  2. Login to NCU Portal->iNCU->Student Affair (StdAffair) ->Dorm Application and Search -> Other Items ->Personal information inquiry over the years
  3. 如欲放棄115學年度宿舍，請至宿舍系統進行放棄。
  4. If you want to relinquish your dormitory accommodation for the 2026 academic year, please do so through the dormitory system.
115.07.01(三)~ 115.07.05(日)
July 1(Wed.)~ July 5(Sun.), 2026		 搬遷至男11舍與退宿
Moving to B11 and check out
  1. 入住手續：請至東區傳達室領取鑰匙。
  2. Check-in procedure: Please collect your key from the East District reception desk.
  3. 退宿手續：請至Portal登入->服務櫃台(iNCU)->學務專區->宿舍申請/查詢內->個人歷年申請資料查詢->退宿申請，線上手續完成後將鑰匙歸還至東區傳達室名。(全部同學需辦理退宿)
  4. To check-out system: Login to NCU Portal ->iNCU-> Student Affair (StdAffair) ->Dorm Application and Search ->Personal information inquiry over the years->Check-out application. After completing the online procedures, return the key to the East District reception room.
  5. 115.07.05(日)下午1點前務必搬遷完畢。
  6. The relocation must be completed before 1 PM on July 5th, 2026 (Sunday).
115.07.06(一)
July 6(Mon.), 2026		 女14舍檢查作業
Checking the G14		 宿舍管理員進行女14舍清潔檢查。
The manager will proceed checking procedure.

五、其他注意事項

Others

  1. 若預訂於114學年度第2學期辦理離校手續者，請考量暑期搬遷作業時程，先行規畫暑期住宿事宜。

    If you plan to handle the leaving school procedure in the 2nd semester/2025 Academic Year, take the moving procedure into consideration and plan the accommodation related thing in advance.

  2. 因115學年度將進行女14舍整修工程，115學年度碩博士新生(女生)之宿舍抽籤床位數較不足，可抽籤之床位數將視男11舍與曦望居B棟空床位而定，請新生(女生)預做安排。

    Because the G14 renovation project will be carried out in the 2026 academic year, the number of beds in the dormitory for the 2026 academic year will be insufficient, so we will according to the B11 and Hsi-Wang Dorm number of beds, and draw lots. For the new students (Woman), please have arrangement in advance.

  3. 115學年度欲外宿的同學，相關資訊可至生輔組校外賃居網頁查詢(查詢校外賃居網頁)。

    If you want to move outside in the 2026 academic year, you can go to the renting service website.

  4. 本公告僅適用於碩博生，住於女14舍的大學部同學，請依大學部宿舍開關舍公告辦理關舍事宜。

    This notice applies only to master's and PHD students. Undergraduate students residing in Women's Dormitory 14 should follow the dormitory closure notice for handling dormitory closure matters.
